Please take care, that the CHR is always connected with the Internet through licensing, the device should syncing with the Licensing-Server of Mikrotik every 4 weeks. If the CHR instance will not be able to renew the license it will behave as if trial period has ran out and will not allow to upgrade the RouterOS to a newer version.
